
Tofu Stir-Fry
Stir-fry never FRIZZLED so good!
Ingredients
½ cup vegetable stock or water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Frizzle
14 ounces firm or extra firm tofu, cubed
1 cups bell peppers
1 cup snow peas
1 cup onions
1 cup brocoli
Instructions

Full Time: 30 Minutes
In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable stock, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of Frizzle in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and sauté until they are golden-brown on the sides. Once done, remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp Frizzle. Increase the heat to high and add your vegetables. Stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are tender-crisp.
Return the cooked tofu to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir well to combine. Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and evenly coats the tofu and vegetables. Serve immediately, optionally over noodles or rice.
