The Grabiel Martini Cocktail

A briny, olivey twist on a classic martini. This fat-washed mezcal based cocktail recipe brings in new savory, rich flavor notes to the cocktail! 

Made with Mezcal Campante 

Ingredients

1 dash chile de arbol tincture 

¾ oz dry vermouth 

¼ oz olive brine 

2 oz Drizzle Fatwashed Campante

To make the fat washed: Drizzle Mezcal Campante combine 500 ml Campante and 50ml Drizzle. At room temperature, combine the Drizzle with a Mezcal Campante. You can use a 2:1 ratio of Mezcal to olive oil.

Stir well, then let the mixture sit for a few hours. The longer the liquor is exposed to the fat, the better. Refrigerate or freeze the mixture until the fat solidifies. Remove the solidified fat. The liquor will retain the flavors of the fat.

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir. Double strain into a martini glass.
