Spicy Marinated Feta Stuffed Olives
Ingredients
1½ cup of green olives
1 small chunk of feta cheese
½ cup of Drizzle
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
Zest of one orange and lemon
3 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
Active Time: 20 Minutes
Full Time: 30 Minutes
Start preparing your olives by draining them and stuffing each one with a little chunk of feta.
Add your olives to a big bowl and the rest of your ingredients. Give everything a good mix.
Store in an air-tight container and place in the fridge for at least a few hours. The longer they sit the better they will get!
