Pickled Cranberry Tito's Grazatini
This holiday edition of our classic Grazatini featuring Tito's Handmade Vodka is complete with a pickled cranberry garnish and drops of Drizzle :)

Ingredients
2½ oz Graza Drizzle-Washed Tito’s Handmade Vodka
½ oz dry vermouth
1 bar spoon pickled cranberry brine
To Garnish: pickled cranberry & a few drops of Drizzle
Drizzle-Washed Tito's
2 oz (4 tbsp) Graza Drizzle
12 oz (1½ cup) Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Pickled Cranberries
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
½ tsp allspice
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp black peppercorns
2 tbsp kosher salt
Instructions
Active Time: 30 minutes
Full Time: 24 hours
First, make your Drizzle-Washed Tito's Handmade Vodka by adding both the Graza Drizzle and Tito’s into a jar and giving it a shake. Store it in the freezer overnight until the oil solidifies. The next day, strain out the Tito’s through a damp coffee filter lined sieve. Store in the refrigerator.
Now make your pickled cranberries! Add the sugar, vinegar, and spices to a saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add cranberries only until they begin to pop, about 5 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
To make your cocktail, add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until very cold.
Double strain into a very chilled glass and garnish with a pickled cranberry and a few drops of Drizzle.
