Full Time: 45 minutes
Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a quarter sheet tray with parchment and baking spray.
Melt chocolate with olive oil in a medium bowl over a pot with simmering water. Stir together till combined. Whisk in sugars, and then eggs till smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, kinako and salt.
Sift flour mixture into chocolate and fold together with a spatula till just combined. Add water and fold in.
Pour onto prepared sheet tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes till center is a little wobbly. Let cool till barely warm, cut into 12 even squares.
Meanwhile, whisk together olive oil and powdered sugar to make frosting. Adjust with either ingredient till you have a smooth frosting that holds together.
Load into a piping bag with an open cut or round tip. Pipe design onto cut brownies. Sprinkle with large flakey sea salt and petals of your choosing if you have.
