Frizzle Fries

AKA not-soggy-actually-crispy French Fries. In the comfort of your own home. Pair 'em with Frizzle-fried Battered Cod and make it a meal.

Ingredients

1½ lb russet potatoes

Salt 

4-5 cups Frizzle

Peel the skin off potatoes. Cut potato into ¼" inch thick by ~2" inch long slices to create fries.

Rinse the cut potatoes, using a colander. Place the rinsed potatoes in a bowl of cool water for 10 minutes. Drain the water, rinse once more, and then pat dry.

Fill a large, deep pot or saucepan with FrizzlePlacing on medium-high heat, heating it up to 325F.

Start to add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove using a spider and placing on a wire rack.

Once all the potatoes have been friend once, increase the heat to 375F. Cook the fries again for about 3 minutes more or until golden brown.

While hot, sprinkle the fries with salt and toss. Enjoy!
