Cracking Cans: Black Bean Brownies
We have BEAN meaning to make these rich, decadent, Sizzle-filled, and Drizzle-topped brownies forever!
Ingredients
1 can of Bush's Black Beans
¼ cup of quick oats
1 egg
¼ cup Sizzle
¼ cup coco powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fine ground coffee
¼ cup of sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
Active Time: 10 Minutes
Full Time: 25 Minutes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Strain and rinse 1 can of Bush's Black Beans.
Put beans, oats, eggs, maple syrup, and Sizzle into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Add the rest of your dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Oil your baking pan with Sizzle.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool, cut and serve with ice cream.
Drizzle, salt, and enjoy!
