We've been customers for nearly a whole year now and are so happy! Yes, it costs more than other brands, but we are very intentional about what we eat (for diet and finances), and decided months ago to build this cost into our budget. Somehow, the company has magically targeted how long the "cooks a lot" set will last, and we consistently get a refill set a week before we run out, or within a week or so after we run out. The only exception being this holiday season when I was glad to find it in our local grocer because we did more cooking than normal. Accessibility is vital!

We can tell a difference in taste, and feel like we're getting the best nutritional bang for our buck with the sourcing. We love that Graza incorporated can refills this year. We also felt like valued customers when gifted a gorgeous olive wooden kitchen utensil (we use it all the time), AND our automated shipment was automatically given their "new customer" holiday sale price! It's really nice to have loyalty recognized. Design and packaging are also spot on! It's easy to tell they're full of new ideas because they've already incorporated so many new products or upgrades this year.

I've seen some other companies try to get customers back by mimicking their plastic bottle packaging, so I'm hoping those companies will dig deeper beyond the helpful squeezy bottle into why people really value the product Graza is sending out.
