Each condiment has a distinct and unique flavor due to the kind of Graza olive oil it’s made with! “Original” is rich and creamy with a very subtle olive oil flavor, making it perfect for potato salads and deviled eggs. “Fancy” is bold and tangy, so it’s great for anywhere you want an extra pop of flavor, like tuna salad or salad dressing. “Garlic” Aioli is zesty, garlicky, and the best thing to dollop on tacos or dip french fries in! Unlike other mayos out there, Graza’s are made with only the good stuff — 100% oil from olives. Mayo’s about 65% oil, so you gotta use the good stuff! A little bit of separation is totally normal — that’s what happens when you use unrefined olive oil to make mayonnaise :-) Just make sure to give your jar a good stir or your squeeze bottle a good shake before diving in. Our mayos and aioli are made with Graza Olive Oil and are completely free from seed-oils, chemicals, and nonsense ingredients :-) Always keep mayo in the refrigerator door after opening. We wouldn’t recommend freezing our mayo — it’ll cause some major separation and once thawed, might not be able to be combined again. Your mayo, your choice!! Both glass jars and squeeze bottles are great for everyday cooking and eating.
