Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This flavor-packed dip comes together in no time, and may just become your new party staple. It's the perfect balance of sweet, nutty, zesty, and drizzly!

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained 

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes 

1 cup almonds, toasted 

¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs 

2 tbsp Drizzle

1 lemon, juiced and zested 

1 tbsp honey 

1 tsp smoked paprika 

Pinch of cayenne 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 

Fresh mint, for garnish 

Instructions

Active Time: 10 Minutes

Full Time: 10 Minutes

Add all of the ingredients except the mint to the bowl of a food processor. Process until mostly smooth, ~ 30 seconds.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add to serving bowl, garnish with fresh mint and some Drizzle.
