Olive Oil Loaf Cake with Caviar

Warm, decadent, and FANCY but also easy to make?? This caviar-topped loaf cake does it all!

Ingredients

2 cups & 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 

1½ cups sugar

2 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

3 eggs

1½ cups whole milk

1½ cups Sizzle, plus more for greasing 

Drizzle for topping

3 tbsp orange zest

30 grams Island Creek Caviar

Instructions

Active Time: 5 Minutes

Full Time: 30 Minutes

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

Grease loaf tin generously with Sizzle.

Transfer batter to loaf tins.

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes, until a cake tester can be inserted and come out dry.

Top generously with caviar and Drizzle!
