Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies
The ultimate chocolately cookies... topped with flakey Maldon of course!

Full Time: 30 minutes
In a bowl combine Sizzle with brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk together till smooth.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt and baking soda.
Slowly add in flour mixture to bowl of the wet mixture to incorporate into a batter until you get a cookie dough consistency. Make sure not to over-mix.
Add in chocolate chunks and fold into the batter.
Make small balls with dough and add to a lined baking sheet. Top with more chocolate chunks and flakey salt. Refrigerate cookies for at least 2 hours or until ready to bake.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 F and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove cookies from oven and make sure to round them before they cool down. Let cool and enjoy!
