Herb Cheese Tart
This fresh herb cheesy tart is super easy to whip up (S/O puff pastry), features not one not two but three cheeses, AND is topped with a delish Drizzle pesto. Did we mention it all comes together in only fifteen minutes?

Puff pastry sheets, 2
Filling
4-5 slices muenster cheese
1 ½ cups white cheddar
½ cup parmesan
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
Herby Pesto Topping
½ cup fresh tarragon
½ cup fresh oregano
1 cup parsley
1 tbsp thyme
½ cup Drizzle
2 tbsp pine nuts
2 large garlic cloves
⅓ cup parmesan
Instructions
Active Time: 10 minutes
Full Time: 15-20 minutes
Leave out pre-made puff pastry to thaw. Preheat oven to 400 F.
Prepare a cheese mixture filling with shredded white cheddar, parmesan, garlic powder and red pepper flakes; Mix well and set aside.
Once the puff pastry has thawed, lay it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Using a knife create a border and perforate the middle section of the puff pastry with a fork.
To the middle section, layer with muenster cheese and then the cheese mixture.
Add the herby pesto to the border of the puff pastry.
Drizzle the pastry with some Drizzle; bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Spread the remaining herby pesto onto cheese and enjoy!
