Drizzle Olive Oil Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups barley flour
1 cup and 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 2/3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup and 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
1/4 cup Drizzle
Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions

Full Time: 45-50 min
Preheat your oven to 325F.
Use a double boiler or fill a small sauce pot with two inches of water and place a medium bowl on top. Add your Drizzle and dark chocolate (1/2 cup and 2 tsbp) and cook over medium heat until melted. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment mix eggs, brown sugar, and
vanilla together on speed 4. Beat in cooled melted chocolate mixture.
In another bowl whisk together remaining dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to stand
mixer, beat until just combined. Add chocolate chips and mix another minute. Let batter rest
for 30 minutes.
Scoop 1 oz portions, roll in powdered sugar, and place on sheet tray with parchment
paper 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes until puffed and cracked. Enjoy!
