Ingredients
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken (i.e. from a rotisserie chicken)
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buffalo sauce
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles, plus more for garnish
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt, to taste
2 tbsp Sizzle
1 medium scallion, thinly sliced
Fresh dill, for garnish

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, cheddar, blue cheese, and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat Sizzle in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallions and cook until barely fragrant and lightly softened, 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add dip to a serving bowl and top with sizzled scallions, more blue cheese and dill. Top with Drizzle!
