Cracking Cans with Patagonia Provisions

Ingredients

1 Baguette 

1 Quart of Blackberries

1 Tin of Patagonia Provisions Lemon Olive Spanish White Anchovies

Prosciutto 

Arugula 

1 Chopped Tomato 

1 Log of Goat Cheese

1 Ball of Burrata 

Jam of Choice

Instructions

Active Time: 10 Minutes

Full Time: 20 Minutes

Cut your baguette in half. Cut one of the halves vertically to make two halves for a sandwich. Cut the other half into smaller bread bites.

Heat up a pan on the stove or grill to medium heat. Coat with Sizzle. Apply Sizzle to your baguette sandwich halves and place on the hot pan or grill.

Spread goat cheese and jam onto chopped baguette and place blackberries on the bites. Top with Drizzle

On the two grilled sandwich halves, create an open sandwich layered with buratta, arugula, chopped tomatoes, prosciutto, blackberries and Patagonia Provisions Lemon Olive Spanish White Anchovies

Top with a squeeze of lemon, balsamic vinegar, Drizzle. Enjoy!
