What's the Difference in Taste?

How Do They Hold Up to Heat?

Sesame oil offers two experiences. Untoasted sesame oil has a higher smoke point of around 410F, making it a better choice for stir-frying and frying. Toasted sesame oil, on the other hand, is more delicate, with a smoke point around 350F.
