Potato Latkes with Schmutz
It's POTATO LATKE TIME!! And they're even better when fried up in Sizzle and topped with plenty of Schmutz's haroset...
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, peeled
1 white onion, peeled and cut into quarters
2 large eggs
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Using a food processor or box grater to grate the potatoes and onion. Squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible.
Mix the potatoes and onions in a large bowl with eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat ¼ inch of Sizzle. Use a large spoon or small measuring cup to drop the batter into the hot pan, ensuring each latke is separated. Flatted the latkes as they cook. When the edges of the latkes are golden brown, flip. Cook until the other side is browned, then transfer to a paper towel-lined cooling rack or plain to dry. Sprinkle with salt immediately.
Serve with applesauce and sour cream for a classic pairing, or upgrade with a dollop of Schmutz Apple Walnut.
