Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp Siete Mild Seasoning
2 tbsp Sizzle
1 small onion, diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Corn tortillas
Suggested toppings: shredded cabbage, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
Active Time: 15 minutes
Full Time: 15 minutes
In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with the Siete Mild Taco Seasoning, 1 tbsp Sizzle, salt, and pepper until coated. Do not add too much extra salt, as the Siete seasoning already contains some.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining 1 tbsp of Sizzle and add the garlic, tossing constantly to avoid burning the garlic. Immediately add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and opaque.
Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or over a gas flame.
To assemble the tacos, fill each tortilla with the cooked shrimp, shredded cabbage, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
