Miso Marinated Steak Tips
Frosted tips may be out, but miso marinated steak tips are so in. Trust us, try this.
Ingredients
For the marinade
2 tbsp white miso
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Sizzle
For the steak tips
1 pound of steak tips
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
Optional, pea shoots
Instructions
Active Time: 15 minutes
Full Time: 1.5 hours
Put all marinade ingredients into a lidded jar and shake it like a polaroid picture.
Pour marinade over steak tips, give them a quick massage, and allow them to sit for about an hour.
Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
Drizzle some Sizzle on your preheated griddle and scatter steak tips, discarding remaining marinade.
Remove from heat and allow to rest for at least 5 minutes.
Throw butter on the griddle and add onions. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Place steak tips over a bed of pea shoots and top with onion jam, gorgonzola cheese, chopped chives, and Drizzle.
