Farmers Market Pasta

Our favorite pipeline is a coffee run to go to the farmers market to get all the ingredients for this delectable pasta!

Ingredients

6 oz Pasta- pick your favorite shape :) 

3 garlic cloves 

2 tsp Sizzle 

¼ cup ricotta 

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp pepper 

2 cups spinach, packed down 

1 bunch fresh basil (plus more for serving) 

1 large shallot 

½ cup milk 

½ cup parmesan, freshly grated (plus a bit more for serving) 

1 tsp Calabrian chili paste 

1 tbsp Drizzle

¼-½ cup reserved pasta water

Full Time: 35 Minutes

Add the garlic, shallot, spinach, basil, ricotta, milk, Drizzle, salt, and pepper to your food processor and blend until smooth (2 minutes). Set aside.

Cook pasta according to the package instructions and save ½ cup of the pasta water.

While pasta is cooking, in a large pan, add Sizzle and cook the green sauce on medium for 2 minutes. Mix in the parmesan and Calabrian chili pasta until the cheese has melted and everything is fully incorporated.

Add the pasta and pasta water and stir together to incorporate the pasta water and sauce. Take the pan off the heat, serve, and garnish with a bit of freshly grated parmesan, a few basil leaves, and some Drizzle
